Mar 28, 2020. #3. Hi. To add to the above, the connections on the wiper motor and the harness wire colours for an X250 Ducato (2006 onwards) are as follows: Pin 1 Black Ground. Pin 2 Light Blue/Black 12V Supply. Pin 3 White/Black Wiper Speed 2 (Fast) command from Body Control Module. Pin 4 White/Blue Wiper Speed 1 (Normal) command from Body Fiat palio 1600 Wipers, aircon, electric windows, cigarette lighter, dimmed lights stopped working at the same time and the airbag light lit up. All the fuses are ok. Any ideas what could cause this. They seem to have a habit of conking out when they're three years old it seems. The clicking you can hear is the relay engaging, so that won't be the problem. If you mean with "Scuttle Panel" the black piece of plastic under the front window where the wipers are then it is just clicked in a profile. With a controlled tuck it comes out it's locking profile.
